It's been an interesting weekend.

On Friday was my 31st birthday. I watched "The Matrix Revolutions" at the theatre and "Finding Nemo" at home. Vicky took me to Famous Dave's for dinner (baby back ribs!) and then gave me my gift of a Garmin eTrex Legend so I can now geocache and geodash when not getting lost in the car. :D

Unfortunately, the rest of the weekend was a mixed bag. Vicky's mom returned from Inova Fairfax Hospital on Sunday morning. She was in the hospital for nearly two weeks after a triple bypass (CABG) and a valve replacement. Her dad was having "crushing chest pains" and admitted to Washington Hospital Center last night. He's still there this morning, having spent the night in the ER waiting for blood test results and to speak to a Kaiser Permanente cardiologist.

As I said, it was interesting weekend. =/
