Changing the Wiper Motor in a Jeep TJ?
The wiper haven't been working since last week. I thought it was the wiper motor which went (which is underneath the cowling, if you ever need to change it). My uncle thought it wasn't the wiper motor, but either the control module, the fuse, or the switch on the steering column.

It turned out it was just the fuse. By unhinging the glove compartment, you can see the fuse compartment for the wipers, AC, lights, radio, and dash. We dropped in a new 20A fuse, tested everything, and everything's fine again (low, fast, intermittent, and off). I was kinda worried I'd either need to do the Rain-ex thing or find a new motor, but I'm glad it was just the fuse. --- Ken Foreman foremank@developer.danger.com http://foremank.mystarband.net/
