The e-mail was a total surprise because Ethan's dad was a graphic designer friend who suddenly passed away in 1994 when Ethan was 7. Now Ethan is in college studying to be a publication designer like his dad. So I insisted on taking him to dinner. Over steaks at the Lone Star Saloon tonight, I gave Ethan a brain dump on my experiences in the design world. There is so much of his dad in the way he looks and talks. I have a feeling the son will find the same success as his dad.

Few pics... Alki Beach in the new whip, my new garbage can (opens with the wave of a hand) and THE best invention ever. This wheel brush attaches to a drill. Seems simple, but this this rules. Shined my wheels up in no time, I love it. Best $20 I ever spent.

for tryn to destroy my house and taking out the power.. Very lame.. Sunday is my cleaning day and I can't vacuum, can't clean my bathroom cuz there's no window for any light, can't wash clothes or use water period because the well pump is run by electricity, so the water that's in the hot water tank is all that's left till the power comes back on the pump starts working again. I called the power company ppl, 2 trucks came out and we're looking at the transformer box on the pole at the end of the road, then they just left again!! Ugh! Guess I gotta call again! I'm super irritated! =(

My friend bought a mazda rx8. Nice car sporty like mine but a bit more practical, has the 3rd and 4th suicide doors like a saturn. Also got some new age luggage at this ghett thrift store, just happened to match the car. And the garbage can.... it opens with the wave of a hand. Very time transcending.

My friend wants a Mazda RX-8.... they have a preowned one with only 6225 miles on it here... took it for a test ride, fun car. Might buy, might not.... tbd. I still love my 350z though but damn if the RX8 isn't tight.
