Different Thai Spoon than the one by my place. This one is a bit south of the Loop on Wabash, if I remember correctly. Sara, Chris and I went downtown to the library for undisclosed reasons yesterday and Chris wanted to show me his work, and we all got hot and hungry and ended up here for lunch. (93 yesterday. Yeesh.) Chris got the Mongolian beef (why that's at a Thai place, I dunno) and Sara and I both got the Maki Lunch Special. Spicy tuna, imitation crab, avacado and cucumber. Delicious. I forgot to take a pic though cause I was so determined to eat it. I also got a bowl of Tom Kha and they got some gyoza. It was good. I definately approved.

Yep, even ketchup packets now have youtube links on them. Apparently Heinz Ketchup is doing some kind of contest with youtube to allow their ketchup loving fans to create their own ads. Sounds kinda dumb if you ask me but the winner gets over $50k, so that's not so bad. Maybe I'll eat a few packets and see if I get inspired.

Knitting!

So somehow I've landed myself working on 4 projects today! Which is strange, because I haven't been knitting at all lately!

So the raccoon probably doesn't count, he's all knitted and stuffed. I just can't sem to be able to find any thread needles for finishing up his face and such, ill just have to look harder!

The small purple thing really doesn't count much either. Mariela's car fob broke off the keychain, so she asked for a small pouch that she can put on her keychain.

The green fuzzy is a scarf I casted on from yarn I found at the 99 cent store >: ) I'm planning on giving it to Gabi when its a little colder.

Now the blue... This scarf is like 7inches wide by six feet, and has been taking forever to do! Paola wants it -eight- feet, so I'm almost done...BUT ITS A BORING SCARF >: O

But really, Sophia gave me size 17 needles the other day and I really would like a reason to cast on a 5th project on these things...:( but I can't figure out what! They're just too cooooool<3

Finally made it up to Atomic Books's new cuteness annex, Atomic Pop. I spent almost as much time browsing as I did driving there. I rewarded myself for sticking to my budget this week by spending up to within a dollar of it at the store. Yay.
