I'm here at the Hyatt on the Jersey City side of the Hudson River as part of some vacation days I'm taking to visit friends and family in the area. My room won't be ready for two more hours, so I'm in the lounge enjoying the panoramic view of the Manhattan Skyline. The hotel is directly across from Ground Zero. The low buildings at the right of the panorama photos are where I worked back in 2003 in the corporate eBusiness group of . I'll likely hook up with my old boss for the first time since I left to catch up. It's kind of relaxing to watch the commuter ferries come and go. Surprisingly, the nasty head cold I've had since Sunday has subsided in the last hour. I hope that's a trend.
