I keep thinking about the blogging Aibo I mentioned yesterday. After all, AI + fuzzy logic + robots + cameraphones is a fun combination.

One practical application comes to mind immediately - a moblogging Roomba. Now, not only does it vacuum your floors, it blogs what's under the bed, behind the couch and stuck in the corners of the kids' room. Can't find your keys, that other black sock, the cat? Check the Roomba Blog. Also useful if intruders break into your house while Roomba is vacuuming, or if your Roomba runs away from home.

Something a bit farther down the line - roblogger rentals. Visiting a new city? Remotely load up your preferences into a local roblogger AI system and let it wander the city for a day, blogging places (and people?) you might want to check out once you arrive. Tivo with feet (or wheels or treads or whatnot).

Or, rent out a roblogger to cover your wedding/conference/party/event. Everybody who is anybody has a roblog for their event. You don't? Luddite!
