Long ago, I posted about starting to clear some space for a new work area for me. Things were stalled due to lack of finding a cheap desk, since the budget for this project is pretty much $0. But I came across a display model desk on clearance, so we're good to go. As an extra bonus, it has a couple of bookshelves built in to one end, so I could bring out some of the books that were still stored in boxes from when I moved a year ago. Progress!
