this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayThe photo is mostly barrier, but over it you can espy some tubers enjoying the chill of the Guadalupe River. The barrier is in place cause folks used to jump off the bridge to get in the water, apparently. Sounds stupid until you realize most folks rent tubes for every human in their party, and an extra for the beer cooler. --regan
