My Boost Mobile Motorola i415 phone that I used for where/youat finally decided to cooperate and tether to my laptop so I can have (slow) internet access. The speeds aren't anything exciting, but it's better than nothing. A few tricks that may or may not be required for anyone trying to do the same: Install the Motorola iDEN USB Modem drivers Leave the username/password blank Phone number is S=2#777 In the modem configuration turn off all hardware features. Under the Networking tab of the connection settings, hit settings and disable LCP extensions and enable software compression. Make sure you can send an MMS message from the phone. Make sure you have a good signal. :)

Well, I hosed my early morning flight. Although it was still at the gate when I got there, they'd given away my seat. Fortunately, they got me on standby on the next flight out to Houston, where I'm confirmed back to National on a 1 p.m. flight. That gives me a few hours to have lunch here in Houston, including an ad hoc (it's not on the menu) wave from Pappasitos. Tasty.

Charlee came down from Baltimore to model for me this afternoon. It was her second photo shoot, and first outdoors. She's doing this for fun trading time for a CD of photos. She said she was adding some "mocha" to my portfolio. I say mocha with lots of brown sugar!

Key club went to an Insane Asylum today to decorate a hall! It was way fun, and even though it was from 9-12 time flew by so fast!

After we went to Denny's! Learned a new hand game!

Off to walmart, and now I finallu have some yarn to knit :3

Just completed three takeoffs and landings solo. My CFI Christine took a Poloroid for the bulletin board. Air Traffic Control gave me the strip they used to keep track of me.
