![]() ![]() ![]() Just saw them dropping this off as I came home from work not 10 minutes ago. I had pulled out my sk to take a picture of the street; they had set out more furniture to save a spot again. As I was about to take the pic, the truck came up the street with the big blue garbage thingy again. What odd timing, eh? Anyway, I am sick of this damn construction. I'm now on a friendly, normal basis with the workers. The site of each other has become a daily routine, and we just nod and say "sup". This has been going on for well over a month now. It may be more like 2, now that I think about it. These people are 85, why are they doing such exstensive remodeling? ------------------------ Bird (Graci) -tinyurl.com/ytchdw "That either smells like bad meat or good cheese." |

| This Season's Sandals Mon 04.02.07 9:03pm PDT #20758 |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Every year I buy a new pair of Reef Sandals. I live in Austin where sandals (flip flops) are allowed almost everywhere as long as the weather is above 50° (which is 80% of the time.) Last season I went with the Fanning model, which is a sandal with a bottle opener integrated into the sole. It came in handy quite a few times. This year, they came out with a new model that I had to try. It's called the Dram. It's a standard sandal that has a air pocket in the sole that also doubles as a flask. It holds about 3 ounces of "liquid," has a measuring bar so you can see how much is left, and features a martini-shaker tread pattern. Click here for a little more info. And for all the ladies, Reef made the Stash which has a small pullout heel to store money, credit cards, keys, etc. I've always loved Reef sandals just for their comfort but lately they've been keeping me interested with their functionality too. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Nothing will top the corner office I had at B2... but this is better than my last work situation. Share an office with the president of the company, so its not all bad. Small private firm. On my right screen is farecast.com cool site that predicts based on a bunch of variables if prices for your specific trip will go up or down in the near future. Met the ceo and he's super cool also. Used it to book my upcoming LA and Houston trips. |

First post from orlando fl. Lokin for something to do, and hiplog ain't hackin it. So so I'll try this out. Life from disney world sucks. Ha heat. Early mornings. And all the parents are mean to their little children. I don't enjoy parents snapping in my ear at their poor excited children. Hmmm I don't remember my parents doing that to me back in the day. I'm kind of dissapointed. My first few days off in a while, and I'm here with the fam. I love spending time together with my sis, nephews and dad no doubt, but it'd be more agreeable to have partied with the land o lakes kids last night and then just go to st pete today. I miss the beach. I haven't been since september. And I was most excited to see it warming up 3 or 4 weeks ago. And and I still haven't been -- Berto |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() this weekend i bought a new camera. not the best, i wish i wasnt such a bad impulse buyer. i got a panasonic lumix, 5mp/6x zoom thing. after reading online reviews about it i regret my purchase, but im too lazy to take it back and its sort of growing on me and i got it alot cheaper than i could find online. so a couple of the pics here are from the new camera. this weekend i introduced some friends to the wonderful game of guitar hero, who had a ball taking pictures but in the end proved not worthy of the game. maybe with some practice. who knows. |
