I'm surprised since the mall seems to have had a steady decline since being the first Mills property in the area some 22 years ago (now I feel old).

I haven't had much to talk about lately, work and school combined make it pretty hard to get out and do much, except knitting but that's another post in its own. But I recently joined the next step up from Key Club: Circle K!

Katie and I felt meeting people on Campus is really hard for us, and that joining this club would help. I'm having lots of fun and just yesterday 5 of us woke up around 3, to meet at 4, to get to the LA Marathon at 5:30 am, and hand out the medals to every bicyclist who did the bike tour (I think I heared 15k people). We were all miserable to begin with but once we were there and allowed some coffee and food everyone enjoyed themselves, even though we found out we were supposed to work a different event.

In other news, saw Teller's Macbeth last night. First half really lived up to my expectations, but the second half sort of fizzled. But still, it was good to enjoy a play that's not one of my favorites.
