Poor poor Matthew Peterson scratched his nano and setup a website to expose the "flaw". I don't know where to begin, but I will start with "You Moron". What exactly did this idiot think? The nano was scrtach resistant?? Has this dingis ever owned an iPod or did Mommy and Daddy buy him his first and on the day of show and tell he scratched it while toting about in his bookbag? God forbid he ever lose it, but then again, he still has his website up. This could be another "flaw". Mleh Mleh Mleh "...still have to spend extra money on a case to prevent scratching." WTF?? I don't see anywhere where it illustrates scratch resistance. If anything, it screams as MLee points out "I will scratch the first chance I get". Wait until he sits on it and it breaks, oh wait *gush* my bad, that can be a flaw on Apple's part too.
