Looks like Dirty's might be expanding to a lake locale as he tapped me to come up with a this concept. I think the name might be Dirty's Cove. This leads me to believe that it will on a lake someplace. Either here in Oklahoma or some place south Texas.

Either way, I am pretty pumped about the prospect. -Matt
