Cooked Nasi Goreng (fried rice), Mi Goreng (fried noodle), Sate (satay), and Lumpia (spring roll) for 42 servings at the Lodge tonight. I think some people were worried it was going to be too spicy, or didn't even know what to think. Had a bunch come back for seconds and got numerous compliments. Needless to say, my wok got quite the workout, and just a touch more seasoning. Glad I started at 3:30. I would never have had it ready in time for dinner at 6:30.

I love to cook. Nothing like it in the world. Love it.
