Well, I got a recall notice for the tires on my Excursion. So I called here earlier this week to make sure that they had replacements. They said "sure, come on in!" Well, I get here and the first thing they tell me is I have to wait 15 minutes before anyone can talk to me. Store sure doesn't look that busy, does it? The guy in the picture came in after me.

Doesn't look good.
