Well, it's a nice cool day here in Houston, TX, and a great day for bbqing. Got some babyback ribs on sale at Kroger, so now it's time to cook. Here's some shots of my grill, the wood used and of course THE MEAT! I hope I can extend the cooking time to 4 hrs or so, that should get them nice and tender. With the cool temps outside and the wind blowing, that shouldn't be a problem. The dial is showing about 280 at the top of the grill, and the grid is usually about 50 degrees cooler, making for a cook temp of 230. Just about perfect! Michael (wireless) IM: mwsmith70
