One of the escalators got broken during my shift today. Customer was not paying attention during the ride and gets the front on her sneaker caught at the top. Chunk o' sneaker gets caught in the gears as well as a chunk of the escaltor itself...

Reason this happened: she was reading "Snakes on a Plane" during her trip up...

10 pages of documentation later, I finally get to chuckle over this... Mr. Verse .:: NYC ::.
