GPRS Up and Down

this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayMy GPRS was down because they are removing the tower! Here is the site itself up in the air on a crane. I think they are moving it down a little to the top of another building they have been putting an antenna on for weeks.
