2 months old and getting the 3 flashing red lights. Basically its fucked. But it is covered under warrenty, so after 10 mins on the jive machine with customer service, and I have them sending a prepaid box to return it to them for repair. Its actually a very common problem and lots of people are ticked that after this much time they are still sellling shody units.

I tried to do my own trouble shooting hence the disassembled xbox. I believe I reassembeled with no trace of my handy work since they probably wouldn't accept the warrenty yhen.
