this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayI don't think the hiptop's camera is up to getting the details of this billboard (even though I tried). It's a billboard with a photo of a kid waving an American flag. The text reads "What makes us great." "UNITY" was the original answer, but someone spraypainted that out and added "dissent." "Pass it on" says the Foundation for a Better Life. Dissent! --heidi
