We just ended a successful peace march/stroll through Kansas City's Country Club Plaza, its premier shopping district, after the hour-long protest in adjacent Mill Creek Park. I believe this was the first time the protest continued through the Plaza. The guy @ the corner on Nichols who is always there with an amplifier and keyboard started playing "Imagine" when we went by. --heidi |
