So a couple of days ago I call T-Mobile to complain about the GPRS outtage I'd been experiencing, among various other hardware issues. I've had multiple units with various hardware problems. This latest one shorted 3 separate earpieces, including a $25 rectracable one I got from walmart that I figured may be better quality than the generic T-Mobile one, and therefore would last longer. It lasted a week.

I basically told them that I had too many problems with the black and white hardware, and I'd like to try the color version to see if it's any better, before I drop the Sidekick completely. They decided they'd go ahead and do that for me.

My brother just called from home. My CSK has arrived :)


Looks like I have plans for the evening :P
