Half-way through our 2nd week of training, only 2.5 more to go. We get to learn some more software to support on the phones. Today is test day, just finished the 6th test. They're all open book. Really big book.. Those two binders are the documentation we've gotten already, with more on the way. -div ed.hunsinger.org
