Woke up late today and thought we might give a new place down the street a try for breakfast. Walking into the Walker Bros Pancake House we were surprised at how upscale it looked. A departure from the IHOP and Dennys we know and love. According to the bragging menu this place was recently named one of top ten pancake restaurants in the nation by USA Today. It was good, but apparently USA Today hasn't tried Egglectic Cafe yet. I went with blueberry pancakes that turned out really good except for half a tub of butter in the middle. I can't stand butter on my pancakes. Brit had eggs and sausage, and wasn't too impressed. Our waiter was good, but the woman at the cash register didn't even say a word to us when we paid. It's not our new favorite restaurant, but its not bad either. We'll probably end up here again when we're not motivated enough to drive to the normal Egglectic.
