Took Britni out to PF Changs in Schaumburg, IL tonight. They just opened here in town and Britni had missed eating there since we left Columbus. For an appetizer, we had the Peking Dumplings, not as good as the dumplings in Columbus or the local China Garden place. Brit had the Oolong Marinated Sea Bass which she enjoyed. I had the Mongolian Beef which iwas so good I almost finished it all. Oh and we shared some chicken fried rice. For dessert we had the Banana Rolls (or something like that). Brit liked them, but the consistency was not to my liking. Anyways, an enjoyable dinner at the new PF Changs. Pros: took reservations and we were seated quickly, great American-Chinese food, friendly waitress Cons: crowded tables, and wait area is tiny
