this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayBeing in tech support, the amount of calls on hold matters (believe it or not). So someone came up with the idea of Code Blue / Code Clear to let everyone know the state of the calls in queue. Code clear means not many calls, code blue means "get the hell on the phones". This appeared on the board yesterday. How many more "Code Rabbit's Hair" jokes can be made?
