Holy crap, my little company just got bought out by the Japanese! Ok, I'm being a little disingenuous, I had a pretty good idea this was coming. I just couldn't say anything before. On one hand, we're a lot better off financially. On the other, I can't imagine the culture clash between a dot com style workplace and a Japanese home office, much less how one gets along with a home office on the other side of the world and something like 14 hours behind us.
