Well swapped out my sidekick with the broken jog wheel today. A few notes on the compusa exchange warranty they sell fer 25 bucks. Its not really a warranty deal its a one time swap deal. Meaning to me at least that I had to pay another 25 bucks to get the ability that if this 2nd sidekick goes I can get exchange etc.

Why'd I pay? Well its all part of that "always on" thing, downtime bad and with my luck these days I suppose itd be worth it. Problem is its kind of a crappy deal in some respects. I could just send it back to tmobile or danger etc, but then id be less hip for a week or more. It just irks me it isn't a real were here fer u deal at compusa, its more like a were here and we care but we want this money too dude so like pay pal.

Its not a warranty exchange deal least not like any I've ever had before. So heads up, ya got this deal, ya got a problem, you take it back, and swap it, but now you used up that 25 dollar deal and yer out.= So you get another problem, you need to renew yer deal.

Whatever happened to a real warranty exchange deal that you purchased and it lasts the whole year dispite what probs u had etc...
