They call you Taizo Hori I call you Dig Dug When Im bored, you're my favorite drug How I love thee, Dig Dug

I wish I could dig holes like you and the way you run fast in speedy shoes Yes, Dig Dug, or Dug as they call you at the pub You're always pumping up your shoes

And, OH, how you use that pump to pump, pump, pump my heart to bursting and blast through monsters galore I would take you to find a job pumping balloons at the Hot Air Balloon store

You're skills are unmatched as you dash from falling boulders and geysers But don't go dig, Dug if you've had a few Bud-wise-ers

Oh, Dug, I know you're away from me now and it makes my heart want to die but soon, very soon, Ill meet you in a hole and NOT on a cloud in the sky
