tmobile blocks twitter
I wrote tmobile after I was unable to post to twitter via sms, and here is their brilliant response. I can't believe they acted like they have no idea what twitter is.

Dear T-Mobile Customer,

Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile regarding your Sidekick LX and blocked Twitter (short code 40404). We can appreciate how important it is to access something you are paying for. We would be more than happy to assist you with this question.

We need more information from you as we do not block:

-Our verification procedures have changed recently. We need you to give your full name listed on the account to be verified. Once we verify your account, we will gladly and quickly assist you further. -What error message are you receiving? -How are you being prevented from using Twitter? -How do you usually access? -What is Twitter? -Which icon do you have: one/two/three dots, phone, G, x over antenna? -Is this happening in multiple locations? -What is the street address where this is happening (street number, street name, city, state, and zip code).

If you have any further comments, questions, or concerns, feel free to contact us. Should you wish to talk to an agent in Customer Care or Technical Support, they can be reached 24 hours per day, 7 days a week at 1-800-937-8997. As an extra self-help option and should you wish to get more information about Sidekicks, please visit our website http://help.sidekick.dngr.com. This is a great site, which I highly recommend checking at least once to gain a sense of what is there.

You are a valued customer and we want you to know that T-Mobile appreciates your business. We strive to provide J.D. Power's award winning customer service; we won six consecutive times and we could not have done it without you.

Sincerely,

Christine, Rep ID 27-43295 Technical Care Specialist T-Mobile USA
