In the "Trendspotting" piece on the daily show last week, Siva Vaidhyanathan appeared to talk about the impact of social networking sites like Myspace and Facebook.

I met Siva in 2002 in New York City where he gave a speech at H2K2 about Copyright and he was nice enough to sign his book "Copyrights and Copywrongs" for me.

I would recommend it to anyone worried about losing our fair use rights in the digital age.
