  bout my awesome pastrami sandwich i had yesterday for lunch.. omg it was soooooo freakin delicious.. stacked with pastrami as u can see.. from this spot called the hat or as i like to call it ( h ) eart ( at ) tack to go lmao.. i ate the whole damn thing.. n surprisingly did not fall into a food coma.. lmao i guess i needed the fuel since i was assisting in ２ surgeries at work.. yuppp gotta love workin for a plastic surgeon its dr 90210/nip tuck status all day everydayyyyy.. n i have fridays off :D |
