In other personal news....I had a difficult time sleeping last night because I want my job position description profile for reclassification to "shine". I have a very rough draft so far. I'm putting myself under HR's microscope because of additional duties taken on in my job since the timing is right for consideration according to my boss & IT HR representative. I'm not necessarily looking for an increase in $$$ -- although it would be :). I'm looking more towards less interaction with business unit clients and more interaction with the other infrastructure and application development subject matter experts and technologies.
