Francesco the owner of the Sangeremia Hotel in Venice / Italy runs the whole hotel, from organising and planning the number of breakfast, accounting, roommates to the elaborated reservation and booking system on a single Apple iBook. Including the whole website management and administration is handeled on this one and only gear. In case of a breakdown there is always a backup and a Apple dealer standby.
