I am on vacation in SMF (Sacramento,CA) and my mom, my son and I decided to spend the afternoon up in the Napa Valley. We went to the cultural center called Copia. Copia was interesting---they had an indoor exhibit all about food and the history of food as well as interactive displays that tested your sight, sense of smell and your mind! We had a nice light lunch at the cafe on grounds before moving on to the Edible Gardens.It's a beauftiful garden where every part of the garden that is growing is edible! In fact our salad greens were even grown and picked from there. DJ had a wonderful time picking the ripe (and not so ripe) fruits and veggies growing. I loove Napa, it's so beautiful and peaceful. No wonder the wine and fruits are so good! ;)
