this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayEver see these at the gym? They come in an array of sizes and colors. I rarely see people on them using them though. I have used one before but it is very akward, but supposedly that is the point--to get you to strengthen your "core". I'll do my sit-ups or shoulder presses the old fashioned way, thanks!
