Only one other person besides myself showed up again for Tuesday's kickboxing class and he was a newbie.. wow, I guess Bridget (the instructor in pink) and I are the only ones that need (or so she says, LOL!) to lose weight during the holidays... But I can understand why...I havent been doing much of anything besides eating and lounging during the holidays myself! It's waaaay too easy to blow off the excersise thing during holidays. sigh.... but what I dread is how crowded the gym is going to be on January 3rd with all the people who are "resolving", once again, lose weight and get in shape!
