(Im just a Bill---Schoolhouse Rocks---dont lie! You know exactly what Im talking about) Yup thats me sitting on the steps of the Capitol! ROCK! HOW COOL IS THAT! I dont care if you think Im a nerd I thought that was the s*! EEE so inspirational! Until I was commanded by a disgruntled-big-gun-small-oops*-trigger-happy-Storm-Trooper Marin to ~please leave the steps miss ~ (you can see him sneaking up on me in the picture before Id even seen him) Let me be very clear-there were other students up there standing around so Im not a total ditz just wondering across red tape But I was the most engaged young person there (everyone else seemed jaded) so I MUST be a threat to national security --damn--I guess we re defending our nations capitol with ATTITUDE now

~Got reflected in the Reflection Pool (awww just like dirty water at home!)

~Even saw a cool 70s bus with the letters ~Peacemaker~ on the front

~Lil Wheely (explained below) on the MULTIPLE STEPS of the Lincoln Monument and on the other side of the Mall on the Capitol (the Marines did not like Lil Wheely for obvious reasons)


I clocked some major wheeled luggage miles as I dragged ~Lil Wheely~ across the whole Washington Mall today. I would just like to remind everyone how visually DECEPTIVE our nations capitol is. IT’S A LONG

DAMN WAY FROM THE LINCON MONUMENT TO CAPITOL HILL (and let me emphasize the HILL in Capitol HILL. I would have missed this small fact if I had not been bonding with Lil Wheely) But whatever, it was SO cool! It was incredible to see the Vietnam Memorial after learning so much about it Its probably the most powerful piece of art Ive ever seen Very happy with my decision to skip out on the 100th AU Info Session to experience all of these monuments. I was going to go the White House---but then I remembered that I didnt care about the executive branch HA!
