Got my PID process temperature controller for my espresso machine. The idea here is to control the breing water temp very closely. So with help from my dad (thanks dad, you are awesome! :) ) and some collective head scratching we got everything mounted up really nice. The pictures of the controller displaying "tune" means it's learning how the boiler responds to power input. That way it maintains the setpoint without overshoot.

Bottom line: better espresso!
