Testing out new copper pan

Picked up this 10" pan (and another, an 8" not pictured) for the mind-blowing price of $10 for the pair in Billings. These are the Cop*R*Chef brand, and they are stupid expensive if you buy them new. After buffing the pan out with Flitz, it was time to cook!

We were doing pork loin, pan fried with a paprika/cumin/garlic/cayenne crust. It was looking pretty good, so I figured I'd get brave and deglaze the pan with some wine. So we ended up with spice-crusted pork loin in a white shiraz reduction. :)

Quite nummy if I do say so myself, and yes, the pan ROCKS!
