...set an open course for the virgin sea. Just stopped by the Naval Academy. Beautiful place, and these pictures will not do it justice, but it's my mission to document this trip, so here they are.

The first is a picture of the Naval Chapel. We weren't allowed inside, but the outside was gorgeous. Not shown is the gigantic dome that I'm sure must be amazing from indoors.

Next, we have the Halsey Field House, which I'm informed is named after a famous Admiral, though I'm not too well-read up on my Naval history.

The third picture is just the main street of the Academy a little down from the entrance. The fourth picture is a little plaqard dedicating the Halsey Field House to midshipmen everywhere. Hey, Austin.

Finally, there's a little electronic sign near the entrance that I got. That's all for now. I'll keep you posted as I go.
