First post - got my SK about a week ago, and this morning it was powered down and wouldn't come up even after charging for a few hours. Tech support was unhelpful but I figured it out after fiddling with it for 20 minutes. (Held the power button down while pressing the hidden reset button.) So, here I am. San Jose, CA, the heart of Silicon Valley where the only thing worse than the T-Mobile reception is the price of housing. Guess I'd better call back and tell them not to send the replacement SK.
