![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Not unlike other bad UPS Store experiences, I have issues every single time I go to the UPS Store in Woodbury, MN. Luckily, nothing too bad this time except for Don who was reluctant to give me a tracking number for my shipment. I assume that when you ship via UPS, part of the price is my ability to track the package. Anyway, when I ask for it he asks for my email address. I told him I am not giving it to him. Why? Because the last time I was given the same promise I never got an email with my tracking number. So I made him "process" the package for me. Why isn't this done in the same swoop as him ringing me up? Don wasn't very pleased about me making him do extra work. The kicker, he couldn't give me a printed copy of the tracking number. A few months ago this was no problem but now I had to manually copy the tracking number myself. Why the change? I took a hiptop photo of it. Don acted as if I was being extra demanding. Dear UPS Store: Please streamline your system so when someone ships a package they get a tracking number. |
