Garrett parked at a meter today that had a small sign attached to it that said it was for taxis only after 6pm. Even on Sundays, apparently. Return to the car to find it gone. At this point he is already late getting home.

I drive him to the impound lot to find he has a fine and a large tow charge. What a fucking pain in the ass.
