Went into work at 6:50 this morning for a scheduled voice T1 upgrade. McLeodUSA, our service provider and Inter-Tel, our phone equipment provider were both supposed to be here at 7:00 so it can be done before business hours.

I don't even care about the upgrade; it's something McLeod "needed" to do and it doesn't improve my service. McLeod also is supposed to pay for all the work that Inter-Tel does for this upgrade. We will see how easily that works out. Anyway, it's 7:30 and nobody's here. I am not surprised. Both of these companies suck.
