Well, it's 4/20, and this car (MN plate LPE 600) was swerving all over the road in front of me on my way to work. 4 guys in it, all looking to be about 18-20 years old passing a pipe around on I-94. They noticed I took a photo of them and then signed "4 2 0" with their hands. I gave them a thumbs up and all 4 of them turned around to look at me. Yes, even though I was behind them on the highway, the driver's head was facing me. They all gave me thumbs up and motioned with their hands as if they were smoking a joint in unison.

We got to a road construction area and they were pretending to hit traffic cones.

They went on my off-ramp, pulled up next to me and motioned again that they are indeed baked (as pictured).

Way to go, MN plate LPE 600!
