I called T of the Mobile more than a week ago to get a replacement (Sk3) device. (Mines been restarting like woah plus a bajillion other problems) So they say they will ship out a new device +another batt (score!). After tracking it on the UPS site it gets delayed twice (plus the holiday weekend.) So I come home to it today and notice "wow that's odd... there is plastic packing tape all over it" (picks it up) wow that's odd its light, there is no way there can be a sk3 in here." So I callT-mo right away because as of now I don't even want to open this thing, I just want to send it back. But the rep makes me open it and I see the battery and nothing else. This is so t-mo's fault for writing "sidekick 3" on the effing address/order sticker. So now im on hold waiting 67218y36278 hours for a replacement to be shipped out to me. Go fig. ____ Because I spit hot fire!
