I did a handset replacement for my 'lost' sk2. The new sk2 then started acting up with a broken scroll wheel now broken speaker. I called in for a warrenty exchange on said replacement and 2 days later I was sent a whole new device, box and all. Today I was mystified by another package from them... A car charger too? Score! My best friend needs one. When I paid the deductible before (110) all I was sent was the (refurb) sk2 and non-oem charger. Now I gots the real deals. Score one for Buffy. ____ Because I spit hot fire!
