Second Week

We started our second week today. We started it nicely too, with runs in The Tower. I think total today we did 5 or 6 runs in the Tower. My calves are sore and my quads are too. We have a bunch of memorization to do tonight..A LOT! Hopefully I can get it memorized and not the guy that makes do Tower runs or add miles to our distance runs! --Nick Sent Via My SK3
First Day!

Today was my first day as a Tulsa Fire Cadet. We got all of our uniforms and did the meet the staff stuff. Its going to be the easiest day of the whole academy. All in all it was a pretty fun day and I'm really looking forward to putting my self through hell... --Nick Sent Via My SK3

Melissa and I got married today. Thought it would be cool to be married on the last day of the year. We just did a small ceremony with just us. So we'll starting 2008 married and I'll be starting my new career too. --Nick Sent Via My SK3

Tonight was the last night of our resturant. We closed for good. It sucks and its a relief al at the same time. Looks loke I'll be just hangin out until January when I start academy. --Nick Sent Via My SK3

I found out today that the resturant I work at will be closing doors on the 26th if it doesn't get sold. I'm hoping it sells since I don't want to have to find another job and then quit it in late December. We'll see what happens. --Nick Sent Via My SK3

It was kinda slow today, so we made so queso and grilled stuft burritos. They were delicious. We also tried the Steven Seagal energy drink. The Todd thotoughly enjoyed the queso. --Nick Sent Via My SK3

We had my daughters big birthday bash. She had a good time playing in the pool and her new wagon. There were like 10 lil kids running around and reaking havoc. I think she had a pretty good time since she crashed right after everyone left! --Nick Cates Sent Via My SK3
