So for those of you in NYC we all quite know (after 85 years) that its Yankee Stadium's last regular season game tonight. Well MTA ran a "nostalgic train" which began service in 1917 til the 1960's, running from Grand Central 42nd Street til whaddayaknow 161 Street Yankee Stadium. I happened to catch that train so here are some pics. It was hot as hell with only ceiling fans to "cool" off the many people in there. -- Sent from my T-Mobile Sidekick®

Okay, Mega Bus kind of sucks. The reason is this: Most of their bus fleet is dark blue with big yellow letters that say "MEGABUS." However, apparently, some of their buses are white with blue and red letters that say "COACH USA"

This morning, outside Penn Station in nyc, I watched my 10:15am "megabus" to Boston drive away thinking it was some other busline. As it was pulling away, I noticed the word "megabus" in small print on the side near the luggage storage and placed my palm on my face.

Luckily, my nyc friend Jerred said fuck this, I'll take you to chinatown so you can catch the 11am Lucky Star Bus. So we hopped on a subway and next thing you know, at 10:53am we run up to the Lucky Star bus hand the nice lady $15 bucks each and we're good to go. This bus is not only cheaper by a dollar, but its not as crowded as that 10:15 "megabus" and I'm nice and comfy with 2 seats to myself.

Fuck You Mega Bus.

And Thank You Jerred.

And Thank You Lucky Star for at least having cheaper, more frequent, and consistently labeled busses.
